When we move more slowly and listen more closely, we allow the days to take on their own particular cadence. Small choices became rituals. Rituals became familiar. And somewhere along the way, we begin to notice that we no longer need to try so hard to figure out what comes next.
Held between a solar eclipse and a lunar eclipse, with the Perseid meteor shower arriving overhead, this feels like a beautiful moment to pause at the threshold of a changing season.
