This month's sound bath is an invitation to explore the sovereignty of listening. Together we pause, turn inward, notice what is already present and respond with a deep sense of knowingness. Through the resonance of sound, we'll create space to reconnect with the steady inner fire that supports clarity, vitality, and presence.

*This offering is held in loving memory of my sister-in-law, Guðbjörg Pálsdóttir— a devoted humanitariun, wife, mother and nurse whose pioneering work in wound care helped shape and support the healing of countless lives, and whose voice and spirit also lived through her church choir and community.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated in her honor to support the maintenance and renovation of the magnificent Klais organ, the heart of Hallgrímskirkja’s musical life.
